Are these cases actually drop-proof?
They are built for kid drops: a raised lip around the screen and camera, and shock-absorbing corners. They are not a promise that glass never breaks. Add a screen protector.
Which phones do they fit?
Current iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel models. Choose the exact model at checkout. If you are not sure, open Settings → About, or use Fit Finder.
Do I still need a screen protector?
Yes. The case covers corners and the back. A screen protector covers the glass.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Standard US shipping is free. Orders usually ship in 2–4 days. Timing after that depends on the carrier and is shown at checkout.
What if I order the wrong model?
Unused cases in the original packaging can come back within 30 days. Email support@phonecasesforkids.com with the order number.
Can I change or cancel an order?
We start printing soon after checkout. Email support@phonecasesforkids.com right away with the order number. If production has not started, we can usually help.
Do you sell Hello Kitty, Spider-Man, or Minecraft?
No. We print original kid designs — unicorn, dino, space, hero, vehicles. If you need an official character, this is not that shop.
Does it work with MagSafe or wireless charging?
Most phones still charge on a wireless pad. These are not Apple MagSafe-certified, so the magnet snap may be weak or missing. 30-day returns if that is a deal-breaker.
Is this for a toddler’s own phone?
Usually no. Most toddler orders protect the family phone a 2–4 year old can grab. Buy the size for the phone you already have.
How do I clean the case?
Take the phone out. Wash the case with warm water and mild soap. Dry it before it goes back on. Skip harsh chemicals.
